A rare, LARGE Top Quality Cave Lion canine tooth (Panthera spelaea) from Yakutia Region, Siberia. A March Fossil of the Month. Complete tooth with a small natural wear facet on the tip. The Cave Lions grew to ~7 feet in length and could up to weigh 700 lbs. Larger than the today's lions. Ice age (late Pleistocene). Complete tooth. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A Rare, "Flying" Minicryphaeus giganteus trilobite. Another November Fossil of the Month. The specimen has been expertly prepared to make it completely free standing in a flying position. This is a BIG trilobite with a very unique design. Incredible shell and spine preservation and incredible size for this rare species! A well defined rostrum and excellent compound eyes. Note-  a rather new trilobite which was first described and named in 2014. An Early Devonian (410 mya) trilobite from the Jbel El Mrakib area, Atlas Mts., Morocco. An ultra rare Top Quality Carcharodon hastalis, Broad-tooth Mako, shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm. of Chile. An April Fossil of the Month. This tooth has a brown, blue & charcoal crown and a brown root. Excellent color! Razor sharp cutting edge. Extra wide root (2-5/16"). Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root.
