Ptychodus polygyrus

This catalog contains very rare teeth from the largest of the Texas Ptychodus sharks, Ptychodus polygyrus - an early Hybodotid shark. These teeth were collected in the Eagle Ford group, Travis County, Texas (Turonian - 94 million years ago) and the Kamp Ranch formation). All teeth are complete and well preserved.
