Hybodus sp.

Very nice teeth from a rare and very unique Cretaceous shark, Hybodus sp. - a Hybodontid shark. These are complete showing exceptional preservation. Shark teeth and large dorsal spines are included. Specimens of this species are very difficult to locate. Cretaceous (Lower Santonian - approx. 75 million years ago), Tykbutak, Aktiubinsk region, W. Kazakhstan.
