A Top Quality Hexanchus tooth - a Sixgill Cow shark, from the Nottoway River, Virginia.  A lower jaw tooth with 8 primary cusps. This tooth is a rare red site tooth with an excellent red - brown color with a red - brown root. Incredible color and preservation. This is a Miocene age, Eastover Formation tooth. An ultra rare, Top Quality upper jaw Hexanchus tooth - the Sixgill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich tan crown with a tan root. Five main cusps (two have a small nick). Incredible color and preservation.
