  5. Carcharodon carcharias - Peru

    A Top Quality Great White tooth from the Ica region of Peru. Lower jaw tooth - juvenile shark. Highest quality enamel. An excellent TAN & BLUE colored crown with excellent serrations. Excellent serrations - no wear. The tooth exhibits the side cusps - a juvenile trait. Note - the tooth is a possible Carcharodon hubbelli, GW transition tooth, with small serrations on the lower half of the crown and no serrations on the top half of the crown. Also note - the left root lobe was reattached. Excellent color. A desert shark from the deserts of Peru!  Authenticity guaranteed. You don't see these teeth any more.
