    A scarce Top Quality, Isurus retroflexus, the Longfin Mako shark tooth (upper jaw lateral tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown and a tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Sharp cutting edge. The rear top of root has a "shoulder" build up, a characteristic of Isurus retroflexus.
