A very rare, Trigonotodus alteri shark tooth, an extinct Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice tan color. Good preservation, but there are a some condition issues.  These teeth are rarely found and seen. A rare collectors' tooth in high quality condition. Authenticity guaranteed. This is the rarest of the Giant Thresher species.

A rare, High Quality Alopias grandis shark tooth, the extinct Giant Thresher, from Milnerton Beach, Cape Town, South Africa. Nice blue color. Very good preservation and condition with a small root chip. A Late Mocene age tooth (Alexandria Fm). No repair or restoration. These teeth are not commonly found and seen. A very rare, early Otodus obliquus anterior tooth from Kzil-Orda Region, Kazakhstan. Otodus obliquus is the ancestor to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. The bourlette is large and complete. Exhibits no serrations. The starting species to serrated Otodus teeth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene (Ypresian) Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. Note - This western Kazakhstan site is one of the few places in the world where the Otodus obliquus to Otodus auriculatus transition can be found in adjacent early Eocene formation units.

"The Ptychodus Collection." A rare Top Quality Ptychodus rugosus tooth from Zharyk, Aktjubinsk Region, Kazakhstan. Great color and condition. An excellent Late Cretaceous (Santonian - 84 MYA) age tooth. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. You will enjoy these rare Kazakh teeth. A Very Rare, Quality Hexanchus microdon upper jaw tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. This is a species from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A species of Hexanchiforme shark. The crown is complete with 7 cusplets and the root is complete (cracked). High quality enamel. No repair. A very difficult tooth to locate and an excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. This incredible specimen is from a 20 year old collection.
