A Pathologic, Top Quality Chilean Hexanchus griseus tooth from the Caldera Basin of Chile. This is an upper jaw tooth with three primary cusps, but it should have had 5 cusps. Two cusp did not form. A Very Rare, Quality Protoheptranchias lowei lower jaw tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. This is a new genius from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Hexanchiforme shark. The crown is incomplete with 4 cusplets  and the root is incomplete (partial tooth).  High quality enamel. No repair. A very difficult tooth to locate and an excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. This incredible specimen is from a 20 year old collection.

A Top Quality Ptychodus species, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from McLennan Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Lake Waco Fm. tooth.
