Exceptional rich copper red color. The enamel is the highest quality. The serrations are large, razor sharp, and essentially complete. Bourlette is extra large and mostly dentin layer. The root is nicely articulated and complete. A Miocene-Pliocene Meg tooth.     A GEM Quality Zuul crurivastator, an Ankylosaur, osteoderm or scute (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of North America. An August Fossil of the Month. This Campanian age Ankylosaur grew to 20 feet and 6000 pounds, and a body covered with this bony armor. The bone exhibits exceptional quality with excellent color and patina. This specimen is incredible - absolutely complete with excellent raised keel. Scute has minor crack fill. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm.   9. Dromaeosaurid sp.

    A TOP QUALITY Dromaeosaurid sp. tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. An August Fossil of the Month. There is no named Dromaeosaurid  species in the Kem Kem. However, based upon the tooth size, a strong posterior curve , and a serration density of 6-8/mm mesial & 6/mm posterior, they appear to be from a Dromaeosaurid species. Great preservation with sharp serrations and an excellent red color. An excellent rare tooth from a small Cretaceous theropod. No cracks. No repair or restoration. This is a first time offering of a small quantity of Dromaeosaur teeth. These teeth are rare, and no one can assign this tooth to a species with certainty.  Authenticity guaranteed. An excellent rare tooth from a mid size Cretaceous theropod. Two cracks. No restoration. These teeth are very uncommon. Please see my Deltadromeus tooth discussion below. This is my best estimate of this species based upon the characteristics of this theropod and distinguishing it from other known Kem Kem theropod species.
