A very rare, EXTRA LARGE Auriculatus anterior tooth from the Ocucaja region deserts of Peru. An excellent tan crown and white root. The serrations are very nice -  large and sharp. Good side cusp development (missing one). A complete and very thick root (~1"). Excellent preservation. No repair or restoration. Found in the Paracas Formation, Late Eocene. These Peruvian Rics are very rare! You cannot find them any more. Authenticity guaranteed. One of the most difficult Auriculatus teeth to locate.

A 3-3/16" GEM Harleyville Auriculatus tooth.  A 2nd August Fossil of the Month. An exceptional upper jaw anterior tooth. Gorgeous tan colored crown with a red brown colored bourlette, and red root. Highest quality enamel! Exceptionally colored & preserved. The serrations are large and razor sharp with an good tip serration. The root is complete and well preserved.
