A pair of beautifully prepared, Asaphus plautini trilobites from the Vilpovitsy quarry, Saint Petersburg region, Russia. A very nice three lobe design. Interesting raised eyes to see in soft sediment. A Middle Ordovician trilobite, Aseri level, (470 mya). Exceptional quality and preservation!
