An EXTRA LARGE Top Quality Scyphocrinites elegans crinoid from Alnif, southeastern Morocco. A January Fossil of the Month.  The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). This large crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail and the calyxs are large.  These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality. Authenticity guaranteed. An Extra Large, Top Quality Abelisaurid dinosaur tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. An August Fossil of the Month. Note - There are two Abelisaurid species in the Kem Kem, and these large teeth appear to be a more consistent with the large species. Excellent red color and serrations. Excellent preservation.
