The Megamouth shark is a very rare and exotic fossil shark tooth since it is rarely found in the fossil record. A HIGH QUALITY, PATHOLOGIC Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. The serrated edge has a sharp crease in it. This Megalodon has an incredible charcoal & tan colored crown with large brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! A HUGE, High Quality Aetomylaeus sp., an Eagle ray, mouth plate from Caldera area of Chile. An April Fossil of the Month. An excellent plate of pavement teeth from the lower jaw. This plate has good preservation, light brown color, and is exceptionally clean. Note - the bottom side of this specimen is completely matrix free - rare. An Ultra Rare, Hexanchus griseus symphyseal tooth from the Caldera Basin of Chile. This is complete lower jaw symphyseal tooth. A rare male shark. Superb preservation and color. Nine plus very sharp and one primary cusp surrounded by many small pathologic cusps. An excellent complete root.
