A rare, very well preserved Camel (Camelops sp.) canine from Dunnellon, Marion Co., Florida.  A beautiful, fully rooted tooth. Camelops evolved in the late Pliocene and became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene in North America. This is molar is complete with no wear. One crack. Well fossilized. No restoration. A well preserved Glyptotherium scute from the ACE Basin, So. Carolina. The Glyptotherium  was an oversized armadillo with a thick shell that was a close relative to the Glyptodon. It evolved in the early Pliocene and became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene in North America.
