A Top Quality Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. An October Fossil of the Month. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 2-3/8" - an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Anterior serrations and posterior serrations are excellent. Serrated to the tip. Note - the top has some minor planting etching and there is one natural wear facet on the side (very typical for the Campanian Tyrannosaurs). No cracks, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., McCone Co., Montana. Probably an excellent Gorgosaurus tooth based on size and roundness of the tooth cross-section. Also found at a site that produced a Gorgosaurus skeleton. Authenticity guaranteed. An excellent BIG tooth. A Riker display frame is included.

An EXTRA LARGE, rare Top Quality Camarasaurus tooth, a late Jurassic sauropod tooth from the Morrison Fm. A September Fossil of the Month. Camarasaurus had robust spoon shaped teeth to tear tough vegetation. This tooth is complete with incredible surfaces. The enamel is highest quality. Great rich black color. Exceptional enamel articulation. There was a small repair at the base of the root only. No repair or restoration to the crown. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Bone Cabin Quarry, Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed.  Note - a Riker display frame is included. This is a big adult tooth - extra wide. One of the finest quality examples that I have seen!

A rare, TOP Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia - new site. This Megalodon has an beautiful "peach" (light red draped on golden tan) colored crown with a vivd golden tan colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color!  The bourlette is large and essentially complete. The serrations are razor sharp and complete with an excellent "needle-like" tip serration. Excellent  serrations. The root is excellent and complete with no erosion on the display side. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. A LARGE, Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis  tooth from the Morrison Fm. This Allosaurus crown measures 1-13/16". The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Very good overall condition and serrations. Some crack fill. No restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. A TOP Quality, Megalodon  - lower jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a tan crown and a gold & brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color!  The bourlette is complete. The serrations are complete razor sharp and complete with an excellent "needle-like" tip serration. Excellent  serrations. This Megalodon has an incredible blue draped on light gray colored tooth with a large black colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color!  The bourlette is near complete. An ultra rare, Top Quality Torvosaurus gurneyi tooth from the Jurassic (Kimmeridgian) of Portugal. A March Fossil of the Month. This is the 2nd Torvosaurus species with a complete crown measures 2". The enamel is highest quality. Excellent black color. Excellent extra large posterior and anterior serrations. Note - the anterior carina end about 2/3 of the way down from the tip. The diagnostic for a Torvosaurus tooth. Excellent overall enamel condition. A small tip repair (see UV photo). The serration reconstruction is exceptional. No restoration. Torvosaurus was a large predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Collected in the Lourinha Fm., Port Dinheiro, Lourinha, Portugal .
