A LARGE, rare Top Quality Carcharomodus escheri, a "serrated Mako" shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. The Carcharomodus escheri  was named as a new genus in 2015 based upon a crenulated cutting edge ("wavy serrations"), slender & distally inclined crown, and side cusplets. This tooth has excellent color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. Two side cusplets. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). An excellent rare collector's tooth. A rare, Top Quality Quality Thescelosaurus neglectus rooted dentary tooth from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Thescelosaurus is a mid-sized dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. An exceptional juvenile Thescelosaurus rooted tooth! The enamel is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. Note - Thescelosaurus maxillary and dentary teeth crown shape is quite distinct (see Thesc-Pachy maxillary teeth differentiation discussion below). No cracks or restoration. A Top Quality Carya sp., a petrified Hickory wood limb section display, from McDermitt, Oregon. This petrified wood is from the Trent Fm and is Miocene age (20 MYA).
