This Megalodon has an incredible tan color tooth which is draped with a red-brown color by the serrations and an excellent red colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! This 6" Megalodon has an excellent red & tan colored tooth with a unique brown colored bourlette with "lightning strikes". High quality enamel. Exceptional color! An EXTRA LARGE ultra rare, Top Quality Red Site Otodus megalodon tooth from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. An August Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon is a BIG upper jaw anterior tooth from the Meherrin River copper-red site. Exceptional rich copper red color. The enamel is the highest quality, and there is a cool bite mark on the display side (see the 5th photo). The serrations are large, razor sharp, and essentially complete with a good tip serration. Bourlette is extra large and brown - dentin layer. The root is wide & complete. A Pliocene Meg tooth. Note - the front center strip of enamel was professionally restored (high point of the tooth only). An old collection piece from the rarest location to find a top quality Megalodon tooth - rarer than Lee Creek, Peru, Bone Valley, etc. Authenticity guaranteed. A rare Top Quality Megalodon tooth from the Georgia - an upper jaw anterior tooth. The crown has excellent CHARCOAL BLACK color. The enamel is the Highest Quality. A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is an anterior tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. I don't see many of these teeth.
