A LARGE, well preserved Armadillo scute (Holmesina floridanus) from northern Florida.  The Giant Armadillo was an oversized armadillo with a thick shell that evolved in the Pleistocene and became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene in North America. This is a scute is complete with little wear. Well fossilized. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.

A GEM, 4-7/8"+" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This Meg has an incredible light tan and blue colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel - complete! Exceptional color! The bourlette is excellent and complete! The serrations are large and razor sharp - perfect. An excellent tip serration. Exceptional serrations for a big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color and absolutely complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 15 MYA). This tooth is from an old collection. One of the finest examples of a classic upper jaw anterior Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine! NO repair! The BEST of the BEST! One of my favorites. It will be difficult to find another Meg like this one.

A very rare Isurus praecursor dentition. There are 60 teeth total (26 uppers and 24 lowers). Teeth range from 1-9/16" to 1". All teeth are top quality or near top quality condition. The dentition is approximately 16" wide and 12" tall. Great color and excellent condition. Very attractive. Individual tooth cost is less than $20 - cheap! You will not see a set of teeth from Isurus praecursor very often.

A High Quality Edmontosaurus annectens lower jaw section from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. They possessed ~300 teeth that were in columns of five teeth each which acted as conveyor belt to maintain a large chewing surface to cut and grind their food. This specimen is a section of the lower jaw showing the grooves where the columns of teeth were positioned. Bone quality is very good. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Carter Co., Montana. An excellent collector's quality Edmontosaurus jaw section.  Authenticity guaranteed.

A very rare, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. A Very Rare, Top Quality (Gem) Rolfodon ludvigseni tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. An August Fossil of the Month. This is a new genius from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Chlamydoselachiform shark, the Frill shark. These teeth exhibit classic Frill shark design with a central cusp flanked by two lateral cusps. A lateral tooth. The crown is complete and the root is complete. Note - two crown ends were very neatly reattached without fill or gaps which is typical for a matrix free specimen. Crack lines are hard to see without magnification. Highest quality enamel. New   Exceptionally large, GEM anterior teeth. These are the largest C. appendiculata teeth that I have ever seen!  These anterior teeth are really difficult to find.  Rare!
