There is a fantastic multi-color pattern on the front of the tooth. Highest quality enamel. Great color!  The bourlette is large and essentially complete. The serrations are razor sharp and complete with an excellent "needle-like" tip serration. Excellent  serrations. The root is excellent and extra wide with some erosion on the display side. A RARE, Troodon formosus tooth from the Hell Creek Fm. of western North America. Troodontid teeth are known for their very unique shaped teeth with unusually large distal serrations. The enamel is excellent with a good brown color.  Please note that Hell Creek Fm. Troodon teeth typically have weak or no anterior serrations. This is a damaged specmen. No repair or restoration.
