A rare, Eremiasaurus heterodontontus (Mosasaur) jaw section with three original teeth in the jaw. Plus a Prognathanodon tooth. Note -  the original teeth remaining in the jaw are quite rare. The jaw bone and teeth exhibit exceptional condition and preservation (very rare). This wonderful specimen is very mineralized. An incredible display piece and an incredible collector's piece.  No repair or restoration. Please note this is not one of those six tooth "reconstructed" (fake) Mosasaur jaw sections. A rare LARGE, TOP QUALITY Megalonyx jeffersonii sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths from Georgia. A February Fossil of the Month.  This sloth claw has excellent preservation, and is 100% complete with no damage. Great black bone color and texture with a highly articulated natural bone surface. Excellent preservation of the proximal end. There is no restoration or repair. Struthiomimus is a long legged, bipedal, toothless dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The Struthiomimus means "ostrich mimic" which best describes this species. An extinct early rabbit jaw (Palaeolagus haydeni) from Sioux Co., Nebraska. Palaeolagus was one of many mammals that thrived in the Early Oligocene in North America. Found in the Brule Fm. (Rupelian) 33 - 30 million years ago. A very well preserved specimen. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. This item comes witha 2"x 2" floating frame display.

Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. A very rare Glyphis glyphis tooth, the Speartooth shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. D173 is the lower lateral tooth on the left. Authenticity guaranteed.
