The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). An incredibly preserved, juvenile Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), an early elephant, molar found in Alaska . Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age.
