A very rare, High Quality Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth. This tooth measures 2-1/2". The enamel has an excellent color and patina. Very good mesial and distal serrations. Base cross-section is a extra large, tall oval. No hydration cracks. A small amount of crack fill and small sections were restored. A BIG high quality tooth! T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey. A rare, Top Quality Anzu wyliei caudal (tail) vertebra from the Hell Creek Fm. of Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent vertebra. Also note the large pneumatic fossa on the sides - an Anzu vertebra trait. There is a segment of tendon fossilized with this vertebra.
