A Top Quality, Rare Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis spike from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. An April Fossil of the Month. A complete spike with excellent articulation. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by these spikes and nodes. These spikes and nodes were part of the Pachy skull. This spike has exceptional color / patina. The blood grooves are still present in the bone. It is a complete specimen with no cracks or breaks. Note - the excellent articulated skull surface on the base of the spike. A Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina . Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent lateral tooth. An excellent BLUE colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and a ligth gray colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp.
