An EXTRA LARGE, GEM Nanotyrannus lancensis tooth. A February Fossil of the Month. This tooth measures 2-1/8" (straight line). This BIG Nano tooth is extra wide and thick. A GEM Quality, "Banded" Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. A Top Quality Great White tooth from the Ica region of Peru. Lower jaw tooth - juvenile shark. Highest quality enamel. An excellent TAN & BLUE colored crown with excellent serrations. Excellent serrations - no wear. The tooth exhibits the side cusps - a juvenile trait. Note - the tooth is a possible Carcharodon hubbelli, GW transition tooth, with small serrations on the lower half of the crown and no serrations on the top half of the crown.
