A very rare, early Otodus aksuaticus lateral tooth from Kzil-Orda, Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A July Fossil of the Month.The bourlette is complete. This tooth exhibits small serrations along the lower 1/2 of the crown and micro serrations to the tip. These teeth exhibit excellent color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early (Ypresian) Eocene Auriculatus transition tooth.  A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina . Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent lateral tooth. An excellent BLUE colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and a ligth gray colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp. Two large side cusps. The root is complete and very well preserved. It is very hard to find these teeth in perfect condition. An excellent collector's Harleyville O. sokolovi tooth! A rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens hoof core (toe or pes ungual) from the late Cretaceous of North America. An August Fossil of the Month. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This is a toe hoof core from a massive Edmontosaurus. It is from the center toe - toe III. The largest one that I have seen! The Edmontosaurus was bipedal and had much larger feet relative to hands. Bone quality is excellent. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Dawson Co. Montana. A rare collector's quality Edmontosaurus pes hoof core.  Authenticity guaranteed. These extra large hoof cores are always extremely difficult to find! Weighs more than 1.5 pounds.
