A GEM, EXTRA LARGE Carcharodontosaurus saharicus tooth from the Kem Kem red sand deposits of Morocco. A fantastic deep red colored tooth - the most sought after color. A June Fossil of the Month. This ~4" tooth which is nearly all crown - a BIG tooth. Highest quality enamel with no enamel peel. Exceptional preservation. Excellent anterior and posterior serrations. Serrated to the tip. Tip has minor feeding wear. Excellent growth waves near cutting edge. An extra wide position tooth - maxillary tooth (upper jaw anterior). One of my favorite tooth positions.  No cracks - no breaks. One crack is stabilized and the very end of the "wings" (the flat ledge below the blood groove) were filled for aesthetics - about a 1/16".
