A rare pair of juvenile Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), an early elephant, teeth in the jaw. Found in Siberia. An October Fossil of the Month. Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fantastic natural color!  These molars have nicely articulated chewing surfaces. Completely fossilized. Weighs 5 lbs. An EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY Phareodus fish. The Phareodus encaustus is a Osteoglossidae fish from the Eocene age (50 MYA) fish, Green River Fm., Lincoln Co. Wyoming. An October Fossil of the Month.  The Phareodus was a carnivorous fish with large pointed teeth and a long pectoral fin.
