A Top Quality Zuul crurivastator, an Ankylosaur, osteoderm or scute (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of North America. The Campanian age Ankylosaurs grew to 20 feet and 6000 pounds, and a body covered with this bony armor. The bone is exceptional quality with excellent color and patina. A LARGE, Top Quality Carcharodon hastalis, Broad-tooth Mako, shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm. of Chile. This tooth has a light blue crown and a tan root. Excellent color! Razor sharp cutting edge with three cutting edge waves at the base of the crown - a very unusual pathology. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. Perfect tooth. A top quality, large Phareodus fish. The Phareodus encaustus is a Osteoglossidae fish from the Eocene age (50 MYA) fish, Green River Fm., Lincoln Co. Wyoming. The Phareodus was a carnivorous fish with large pointed teeth and a long pectoral fin. This piece is from the Split Fish Layer and shows fantastic detail. Excellent preservation and preparation.
