A rare, EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Columian Mammoth tooth (Mammuthus columbi), an early elephant molar found in Somervell Co., Texas.  Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fantastic natural tan color! An excellent molar with a nicely articulated chewing surface. The molar chewing surface is 8-1/2" in length. A large, complete root. Completely fossilized. Weighs 13.75 lbs. with stand. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A Scaldicetus sp., a Sperm whale, jaw seation with 5 tooth sockets from the Caldera area of Chile. An incredible late Miocene Sperm whale jaw from the Bahia Inglesa Fm. A Top Quality Carcharias vorax, a Sand shark tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. This tooth has excellent color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge and tip.
