A LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens toe from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This is a non-associated set of toe bones from the outer toe (toe IV - see diagram), and it consists of four four toe bones (Phalanx 1 thru 4) and a pes hoof core (ungual). Bone quality is excellent with minor crack fill on Phalanx 1 & 2 only. Other pieces are perfect including an exceptional pes ungual. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Carter & Garfield Co., Montana. An exceptional collector's quality Edmontosaurus toe.  Authenticity guaranteed.

A LARGE, TOP QUALITY, Lee Creek Otodus chubutensis, a O. megalodon predecessor, from Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth was found in the Pungo River Formation (middle Miocene age). Note the crown exhibits cusplike bumps at the base of the serrated edge and the root ends also show grooves where the teeth interlocked. These are characteristic traits of the Lee Creek early Meg - Otodus chubutensis. A gorgeous BLUE & tan colored crown with a unique brown & blue bourlette. Great serrations. A TOP QUALITY, 3" Classic Lee Creek Chubutensis tooth (predecessor of Megalodon) - ANTERIOR tooth. This Chubutensis has an incredible light tan colored crown with a light brown bourlette. A rare Carcharhinus brachyurus tooth, the Copper shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth.
