A TOP QUALITY, 4-5/8" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - an lower jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This Meg has an incredible light tan colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The bourlette is excellent and near perfect. The serrations are large and razor sharp - essentially perfect with an exceptional tip serration. Excellent serrations - razor sharp! The root is an excellent tan color and absolutely complete. Excellent anterior symmetry! This Megalodon was found in the Pungo Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 15 MYA). One of the finest examples of a classic lower jaw anterior Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine! A rare, Top Quality Anzu wyliei toe (pes) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent pes claw. Excellent rich brown color and patina. A LARGE "Prosqualodon" primitive dolphin tooth with a big root from the Sharktooth Hill area, near Bakersfield, California. A Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina. Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent lateral tooth. An excellent gray colored crown with a brown colored bourlette, and a light tan colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp including the tip. Two large side cusps. The root is complete and very well preserved. Note - there is an unusual iron oxide coating on this tooth.
