A rare, LARGE Top Quality Suwanee Auriculatus tooth from northern Florida. An exceptional upper jaw anterior tooth. Gorgeous charcoal gray colored crown with a brown colored bourlette, and brown root. A rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Heterodontus dorsal spine - the Horn shark from the Sharktooth Hill area, near Bakersfield, California. This big spine specimen is still attached to its original Round Mountain silt matrix with a 2-1/4" whale ear bone. These Heterodontus spines only occasionally fossilize and they are quite rare. The December 2014 week #3 "Fossil Shark Tooth of the Month" selection is a ~3-1/2" Gem Carcharocles sokolovi from Morocco. This is one of the best GEM extra large Carcharocles sokolovi that I have seen. The BEST of the BEST!

A LARGE, GORGEOUS Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. Lateral tooth. This tooth has an excellent golden tan color and a white root. Knife-like edges and tip!
