An ultra rare, Thalassocnus, a Swimming Sloth, tooth from the Bahia Inglesia Formation, Copiapo, Chile. A May Fossil of the Month. This sloth lived on the west coast of So. America during the late Miocene age. This tooth is complete with no wear. Cutting surface is perfect. Fantastic color. Excellent condition. No repair.  Authenticity guaranteed. I have not seen a swimming sloth claw for sale before. This is all of the sloth material that I have from 15 years ago! A rare collector's tooth. My last one!

A Top Quality Schinoxylon sp., a petrified limb section, from Blue Forest, Wyoming. This petrified wood is from the Green River Fm and is Eocene age (50 MYA). A natural fossil wood section with one end polished. Limb section length is 2-1/2" and makes a good display with fantastic blue agate. This piece exhibits good preservation and color. An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY Megalodon - lower jaw anterior tooth anterior from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an excellent tan colored crown with an orange colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Great color! The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The root is complete with pitting on the non-display side. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. An incedible collector's tooth. One of the many unique crown and bourlette color combinations.

A GEM HUGE, 4-1/4" CLASSIC Lee Creek Carcharocles chubutensis, a C. megalodon predecessor - upper jaw Principal Anterior tooth. LC006 is an absolute monster sized Chubutensis tooth. This tooth was found in the Pungo River Formation (middle Miocene age). Note that the crown exhibits small cusplike bumps at the base of the serrated edge and the root ends also show grooves where the teeth interlocked. These are characteristic traits of the Lee Creek early Meg - C. chubutensis. A gorgeous light tan colored crown with an excellent tan bourlette. The bourlette is 100% complete. No enamel peel. The serrations are long, razor sharp, and essentially complete including a good tip serration. Highest quality enamel! The root is an excellent light tan color and complete. An exceptionally large Chubutensis collector's tooth. NO repair! The BEST of the BEST! One of my favorites. It will be difficult to find another early Meg like this one.
