A RARE LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens rooted tooth from the late Cretaceous of North America. A complete root plus a second root. This specimen resides on its original Hell Creek Fm. matrix. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. A Top Quality, CLASSIC Bone Valley Megalodon tooth from Venice, Florida. Our last Fossil of the Month offering for December. The crown has a fantastic dark green-gray colored enamel with dark swirls across the top - very unusual! The bourlette is black & eroded and the root is an off white. Great color! A LARGE, Top Quality Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis pes ungual (foot claw) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. An April Fossil of the Month. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by spikes. This ungual has exceptional color and patina. Overall an excellect pes ungual. A LARGE, ultra rare, GEM Trigonotodus serratus shark tooth, the extinct serrated Giant Thresher from southern Virginia. Our last January 2018 Fossil of the Month offering. Fantastic copper red color. A LARGE, Top Quality Ankylosaurus osteoderm (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Ankylosaurus and Denversaurus, a Nodosaur, were the two Ankylosaurs present in the Hell Creek and Lance Creek Formations.  A complete body osteoderm plate from an adult Ankylosaurus. The bone is excellent quality with excellent color and patina. Well preserved vascular channels. Typical hydrations cracks only. No restoration.
