A MONSTER, 6-1/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan colored crown with a large brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The crown is very wide (4-3/8") - incredible! The bourlette is excellent, extra large and 40% perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Good serrations for a big Meg tooth - razor sharp! The root is an gray color with typical hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Yorktown Formation, Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina (Pliocene age = 4.5 MYA). An excellent example of a rare 6'+ Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth considering the shape, color, and preservation. An excellent collector's BIG tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine! A beautifully prepared, TOP QUALITY Walliserops lindoei trilobite, the "short trident Comura".  One of the collector's favorite spiny trilobites. A November Fossil of the Month. Walliserops lindoei is an unusual looking species with three rows of spines run down its back and a trident-like fork extending from the front of the cephalon. A TOP QUALITY, 5-3/4" ULTRA RARE Caribbean Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. An October Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible creamy light tan colored crown with light charcoal patterns and a light tan bourlette. Highest quality enamel with no hydration cracks. Excellent color! The bourlette is perfect. The serrations are razor sharp including the good tip serration. Excellent serrations! The root is an excellent creamy tan color with no hydration cracks. Note - there was a saw cut to the root ends which was professionally repaired. Otherwise, a perfect tooth. This Megalodon was found in a limestone quarry in the Caribbean (Miocene age). A TOP QUALITY, very rare Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Suwanee River, Suwanee Co., Florida. An excellent canine or incisor tooth (see photo for tooth positions).  An incredible red colored crown and a brown root. Nicely articulated. Note - enamel tip shows a very small wear pattern on crown. Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age. An Eocene age tooth (35 MYA).  No repair or restoration. A great Archaeocete tooth from the Suwanee River, Florida.  A very rare collector's tooth from an old collection.
