A rare, Top Quality Anzu wyliei caudal (tail) vertebra from the Hell Creek Fm. of Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent vertebra. Excellent light brown color and patina. This specimen has excellent perservation. Note - the open cell structure of this theropod vertabra. Also note the large pneumatic fossa on the sides - an Anzu vertebra trait. There is a segment of tendon fossilized with this vertebra. A High Quality Ultra Rare Alopias palatasi shark tooth, the extinct serrated Giant Thresher shark from the Meherrin River copper red site in No. Carolina. An August 2020 Fossil of the Month offering. A Top Quality Timurlengia euotica tooth from the late Cretaceous (Turonian) in northern Central Asia. A June Fossil of the Month. Timurlengia was discovered in 2016 in the Bissekty Fm  (90 MYA), and it filled a gap in the Tyrannosaur family ancestry. This tooth measures 1-1/2" - an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth.
