A very rare, early Otodus obliquus anterior tooth from Kzil-Orda Region, Kazakhstan. Otodus obliquus is the ancestor to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. The bourlette is large and complete. Exhibits no serrations. The starting species to serrated Otodus teeth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene (Ypresian) Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. A rare, EXTRA LARGE, GEM Quality Anzu wyliei hand (manus) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. A February Fossil of the Month. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". A fantastic manus claw. This is 1st manus claw which is largest and most robust; often referred as the "thumb". Excellent rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible preservation - no pitting, nicks or wear. All surfaces are fantasic - very rare. Note - a small tip area was professionally restored which is typical for most Hell Creek claws. The repair is quite small with the repaired area being 5 mm on the right facing side of the tip. On the left facing side of tip, it is 1-2 mm. This is top quality, collector's claw from the Hell Creek of Montana.
