Our July FOTM week 2 offering - an ULTRA RARE, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior position. A monster sized 3-3/4" Chubutensis tooth. Rare copper red colors with rich reds and red-brown colors. The bourlette is very good. The serrations are sharp with a worn tip. Excellent color! Incredible size and excellent overall condition. Of course, there is no repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.  An ultra rare collector's tooth from the No.Carolina copper red site. An EXTRA LARGE ultra rare, Top Quality Red Site Otodus megalodon tooth from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. An August Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon is a BIG upper jaw anterior tooth from the Meherrin River copper-red site. Exceptional rich copper red color. The enamel is the highest quality, and there is a cool bite mark on the display side (see the 5th photo). The serrations are large, razor sharp, and essentially complete with a good tip serration. Bourlette is extra large and brown - dentin layer. The root is wide & complete. A Pliocene Meg tooth. Note - the front center strip of enamel was professionally restored (high point of the tooth only). An old collection piece from the rarest location to find a top quality Megalodon tooth - rarer than Lee Creek, Peru, Bone Valley, etc. Authenticity guaranteed. I do not see many 6"+ Meherrin River Megalodon teeth!  Note - This tooth comes with a custom display stand as shown in the final photo. BEST NC red color! My last BIG tooth to sell!
