A TOP QUALITY Megalonyx leptostomus sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths and our December 2017 Fossil of the Month. This claw has excellent preservation and shows little water wear. It's complete down to a nice tip with absolutely no restoration or repair. Excellent preservation of the proximal end. There is a little eriosion on the top of the claw. A wonderful Late Pliocene - Early Pleistocene display piece from northern Florida. Authenticity guaranteed. One of my favorites!

An October Fossil of the Month.  A lower jaw symphyseal tooth with 5 primary cusps.  Excellent tancolor. One of the most difficult Hexanchus teeth to find! Authenticity guaranteed. A Top Quality, LARGE Zilchovaspis rogusa trilobite from Morocco. It has German controlled preparation and retains all natural color and detail. Preparation easily took many dozens of hours to clean this specimen. Incredible prep work! All natural - an incredible display piece with the front of the cephalon raised to 3-1/4" (see photos #2 and 4). A Lower Devonian trilobite (395 mya). A LARGE Scaldicetus sp., a Sperm whale, tooth from Caldera area of Chile. An incredible late Miocene Sperm whale tooth from the Bahia Inglesa Fm. This tooth has great preservation and a fantastic brown color There a small amount of matrix on the rear. An ultra rare, Auriculatus upper jaw, parasymphyseal tooth from Kazakhstan. The parasymphyseal is very rare since this tooth is not lost during feeding. There are not many of these teeth in the fossil record. The brown bourlette is incredible - 100% complete! The fine serrations are complete with a killer side cusp. These early Eocene teeth exhibit excellent color, gloss, and preservation. This specimen is for the serious, rare tooth collector! An ultra rare early Auric position tooth! Authenticity guaranteed.

A rare Top Quality Othnielosaurus consurs fibula bone from the Morrison Fm. This Othnielosaurus fibula measures 7-7/8". The bone is high quality. Excellent brown color and patina. Great overall condition with no restoration. Just basic crack fill. Othnielosaurus was a hypsilophodont dinosaur that lived during the late Jurassic. It was a fast moving herbivore / omnovore.
