A very rare, early Otodus aksuaticus lateral tooth from Kzil-Orda, Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A July Fossil of the Month.The bourlette is complete. This tooth exhibits small serrations along the lower 1/2 of the crown and micro serrations to the tip. These teeth exhibit excellent color, gloss, and preservation. An ultra rare, Top Quality Red Site Carcharocles megalodon posterior tooth from the Chowan River, Virginia. A fantastic copper-red color. Best color! The enamel is the highest quality. The serrations are sharp and complete with feeding damage to tip. Bourlette is dark brown and 100% complete. The root is complete. Definitely a Miocene Meg with serration bumps at base. Well preserved egg shell pieces from Hypselosaurus priscus, a Late Cretaceous Titanosaurid dinosaur from southern France. This was a medium sized Titanosaur. A very unique shell design with weakly developed small dimples. These egg shell pieces are typical size for these small eggs with a shell thickness of ~1/8".
