A Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - This tooth has short pathologic ribs in the enamel. Possibly an attempt to create serrations. There have been some C. hubellii GW transition teeth found in the mine.  This tooth has a rich tan crown and a light tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Pliocene tooth from the Yorktown Fm. An excellent collector's tooth. An ULTRA RARE, MONSTER Great White shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from Chile. A BIG pathologic GW tooth. A June Fossil of the Month. This tooth has a BLUE colored crown, a distinct gum line, and a burgundy root. Fantastic color! Highest quality enamel with little hydration cracks and no peeling. An ULTRA RARE,  Top Quality 6-1/8" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth, an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. A July Fossil of the Month selection. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible light tan colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel with essentially no hydration cracks - rare for a big Meg tooth!
