A HIGH QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an excellent tan colored crown with brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Very good color! The serrations are razor sharp with a good tip serration. The root is complete with no pits that happens with most West Java Megs, and the right root lobe is reattached. Miocene Age. The November week #4 FOTM is a GEM JET BLACK, EXTRA LARGE Megalodon upper jaw tooth from So. Carolina. Highest quality enamel. A new phacopid trilobite with diagnostic characteristics including schizochroal eyes with fewer facets, a broader cephalon, and a smoother exoskeleton. An excellent specimen with good detail and completeness. The preparation is German directed with all original colors and no restoration. Great natural black with good luster. Oneecompound eye is exceptionally preserved. A rare, Top Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia - new site. This Megalodon has an incredible tan color tooth with an excellent brown colored bourlette.
