A beautifully prepared, Asaphus kowalewskii trilobite from the Vilpovitsy quarry, Saint Petersburg region, Russia. There are also two Echinosphaerites, a genus of rhombiferan cystoid echinoderms.  This trilobite has a very nice three lobe design, and interesting extended eye stalks that have evolved to see in soft & murky sediment. An extinct extinct Oreodont jaw (Merycoidodon culbertson) from Converse Co., Wyoming. Merycoidodon culbertson  was one of many mammals that thrived in the Early Oligocene in North America. A LARGE, Top Quality Carcharodon hastalis, Broad-tooth Mako, shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm. of Chile. This tooth has a light blue crown and a tan root.
