"The Best of West Java". An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY 6" Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an excellent tan with a red - brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The bourlette is large. The bourlette is 50% complete, but looks very nice with the dentin layer being the same color. Great color! The serrations are razor sharp with a slightly damaged tip serration. Only 4 serrations show minor damage. Great serrations for a BIG Meg. The root is complete with a few shallow pitting which is common for the West Java Megs. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. An excellent BIG Meg collector's tooth. Top quality 6" West Java teeth are quite rare.

The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration and essentially complete. Excellent serrations for a BIG Meg tooth. The root is extra wide and excellent with a few surface pits. A TOP QUALITY, ~6" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our June 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible golden tan colored crown with an exceptional mahogany brown bourlette - essentially complete with two toned color. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional golden tan enamel! The bourlette is extra large and near perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an exceptional tip serration. Nearly PERFECT serrations (a few serrations damaged near the base  - all serrations are razor sharp. Exceptional serrations for a really big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color with very few no hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Yorktown Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Pliocene age = 4.5 MYA). The finest example of a 6" classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth that I have seen considering the shape, color, and preservation.
