"The Best of West Java". An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. A July Fossil of the Month. The" West Java Red" Megalodon. This Megalodon has an incredible red colored crown with brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The bourlette is large and complete. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The display side root is excellent and the reverse side has some shallow pitting which is common for a West Java Meg tooth. This Megalodon has an excellent light brown colored crown and an excellent red-brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Great color! The bourlette is extra large and nearly complete. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration and essentially complete. Excellent serrations for a BIG Meg tooth. The root is extra wide and excellent with a few surface pits.
