Our July FOTM week 2 offering - an ULTRA RARE, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior position. A monster sized 3-3/4" Chubutensis tooth. Rare copper red colors with rich reds and red-brown colors. The bourlette is very good. The serrations are sharp with a worn tip. Excellent color! Incredible size and excellent overall condition. An ultra rare, 4" GEM North Carolina Carcharocles megalodon - upper jaw tooth from the copper-red site. It has an exceptional copper-red colored crown with an exceptional dark brown bourlette - 100% complete. Razor sharp serrations with a needle-like tip serration. The root is complete and very nicely articulated. Note - you rarely see a copper-red Meg that has a top quality crown, bourlette, root and, serrations - a top 1% tooth from this site! An ultra rare, Top Quality Trierarchuncus prairiensis, an Alvarezsaurid dinosaur, hand (manus) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. Trierarchuncus prairiensis means the "Captian Hook" since they possessed a single claw on each arm. An excellent manus claw with rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible preservation - no pitting, nicks or wear. All surfaces are excellent - rare. Note - this claw is missing some of the proximal.
