A LARGE, very rare Top Quality Paraisurus compressus, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Tarrant Co., Texas. An October Fossil of the Month. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Paw Paw Fm. tooth. These teeth have a unique design with a a very compressed tooth, very high root face, no cusps, and long slender root lobes. An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia - new site.  A May Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an excellent brown colored crown with mottled brown color shades and an excellent gold & brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The bourlette is extra large and 85% complete. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Excellent serrations for a BIG Meg tooth.
