A LARGE, Top Quality Carcharodon hastalis, Broad-tooth Mako, shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm. of Chile. This tooth has a light blue crown and a tan root. Excellent color! Razor sharp cutting edge with three cutting edge waves at the base of the crown - a very unusual pathology. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. Perfect tooth. An Extra Large,  Top Quality Chilean Hexanchus griseus tooth from the Caldera Basin of Chile. This is a big upper jaw lateral tooth with four cusps. Excellent preservation and fantastic color.
