An incredibly sized, Top Quality Great White shark transition tooth (Carcharodon hubbelli) from Chile. An August 2019 Fossil of the Month. This ULTRA RARE, MONSTER sized Great White tooth measures 2-15/16" - a huge upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This tooth is an ultra rare Carcharodon hubbelli with small serrations at the base of the cutting edge that disappear towards the tip. High quality enamel! A very rare MASSIVE, High Quality  4-1/4" Tyrannosaurus rex  maxillary  tooth. A January Fossil of the Month. The enamel has a good color and patina. Good mesial and distal serrations. Base cross-section is a tall oval - very wide (1-9/16"). A thick and heavy tooth. There is some root etching, small crack fill, and a couple of small spots repaired near the base (see final photo). No restoration. 100% natural. A top quality BIG tooth top! T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey.
