A LARGE, ultra rare, Top Quality Hexanchus collinsonae , Six-gill Cow shark, tooth from Aktulagay, Kazakhstan. This lower jaw tooth has 8 primary cusps. An Early Eocene (Ypresian), Tolagaysor Fm. Cow shark species. The Kazakh Hexanchus collinsonae teeth are quite rare and excellent examples are hard to locate. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper anterior jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - This tooth exhibits the classic characteristic shape of the middle Miocene Mako teeth found both in the Lee Creek mine and the NC red site. I do not see this Mako tooth shape from other Miocene deposits. Possibly a hastalis species variation and it is referred to as the "narrow form". Maximum size is approximately 2". This tooth has a rich  blue crown and a tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Miocene tooth from the Pungo River Fm. An excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A perfect "Pungo" hastalis tooth.

A rare, Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Boujdour, Western Sahara, Morocco. Enamel quality is excellent with an excellent large bourlette. The serrations are very sharp - razor sharp.
